Cancel anytime
Open My scores → Manage subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep your pages until then and you will not be charged again.
14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.
Your subscription starts right after payment, so that you can translate right away. If you withdraw within 14 days:
- if you have not translated any pages yet, you get a full refund;
- if you have already used part of your pages, you get the price back minus the share of pages you used (for example: 10 of 40 pages used → 75% refunded).
To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@translai.art from the e-mail address of your account. You may also use our model form: download the withdrawal form (PDF). Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.
If something went wrong
If a translation failed or pages were missed because of an error on our side, those pages are not counted. Write to us and we will fix it or return the pages. Your statutory rights for digital services that do not work as described remain unaffected.
Renewals
If you forgot to cancel and your subscription renewed, write to us within 14 days of the renewal; if you have not used any pages in the new period, we will refund it.
