Terms of service
最后更新: 2026年10月30日
本文件提供英文和保加利亚文版本。以下为英文版本。
These terms apply when you use translAI at translai.art. Please read them together with the privacy policy and cancellation & refunds.
1. Who we are
translAI is operated by Babetsi EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria. Its details are on the legal notice page. E-mail: info@translai.art.
2. The service
translAI reads the sung lyrics in a score you upload, translates them with artificial intelligence into the language and style you choose, and gives you back a PDF in which the translation is printed under the original text. We may improve and change the service; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance (see section 12).
3. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your e-mail address. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, and able to enter into a contract (or use translAI with the consent of a parent or guardian). An account is for one person. Keep access to your e-mail secure: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account.
4. Where translAI is available
translAI relies on technology from partners whose rules allow it to be used only in the countries and regions they support, and these rules also apply to services built on it. We therefore offer translAI only in supported locations and block access from others (see availability by country). You may not use a VPN or other means to get around this. If we find that an account is used from, or paid from, an unsupported location, we may close it and refund any payment.
5. Plans, pages and prices
- Free page. Each person can translate one page with sung lyrics free of charge, once. The free page carries a small “free sample” note.
- Monthly plan: €9.99 per month, 40 pages per monthly period.
- 6-month plan: €49.99 per 6 months, 200 pages per 6-month period.
A page is a page of your uploaded file on which translAI found and translated sung lyrics. Pages without lyrics (for example title pages or piano-only pages) are not counted. If a translation fails because of an error on our side, the pages are not counted. Unused pages expire at the end of each period and do not carry over.
Prices are in euro and include VAT or sales tax where it applies. At checkout you may see the price converted into your own currency.
6. Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. For the purchase itself, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service is the seller: it processes the payment, calculates and pays taxes, and sends your receipts and invoices. Stripe’s terms apply to the payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account (Manage subscription); cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next period, and you can cancel before then.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you have a right of withdrawal. How it works, and how to ask for a refund, is explained in cancellation & refunds.
8. Your files and the results
You keep all rights in the files you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide translAI to you, including sending images and text from them to our AI provider for reading and translation, and to deliver the result to you. We do not use your files to train AI models, and neither does our AI provider (see the privacy policy). The uploaded file is deleted as soon as its pages are prepared. Your translations are kept while your plan is active and for 30 days after it ends (the free sample for 7 days), or deleted earlier if you delete them.
You confirm that you have the right to use the scores you upload, for example because they are in the public domain or you own a copy for your personal study, and that uploading them does not infringe anyone’s rights. The translated file is for your own use. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you are not allowed to share with us.
9. Translations made by AI
Translations are generated automatically by AI and then checked by a second, independent automatic review. They are very accurate but can contain mistakes, and the reading of the original lyrics can be wrong where the print is unclear. A translAI translation is meant to help you understand the text; it is not a singable translation. Before you rely on a translation for a performance, a publication or teaching, check it, ideally with your teacher or coach.
10. Fair use
Do not misuse translAI. In particular, do not: try to get around page limits or the free-page rule (for example with several accounts); upload malware or files designed to disrupt the service; copy, scrape or resell the service; reverse-engineer it except where the law allows; use it for anything unlawful, to harm or deceive others, or to infringe the rights of others (for example by uploading material you have no right to use). We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules.
11. Liability
We provide translAI with reasonable care and skill. If you are a consumer, you have the statutory rights that apply to digital services, and nothing in these terms limits them. We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for death or personal injury. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions made on the basis of a translation without checking it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or the service changes. For material changes we will notify you by e-mail or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then. The date at the top shows the current version.
13. Ending the contract
You can stop using translAI and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@translai.art. We may end the contract with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms; if we end it without your fault, we refund any prepaid period you could not use.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please write to us first. Most problems are solved quickly. Consumers can also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) and its conciliation committees for out-of-court dispute resolution.
